By clicking on the following icon (the little down looking arrow on the top
of your screen), you can start personalize your ribbon.
This is especially useful when you are using a command very often and do not
want to go through all the ribbons and menus every time you need to use it.
You can just add it in the top bar.
You can easily add many commands and it will look like this.
(this is just a random example).
